RICK GARSON – Chairman & CEO

Rick Garson’s creative vision and extraordinary base of relationships in the music, entertainment and broadcast provides the foundation to ZZYX. Mr. Garson has over 20 years experience as a top-flight Executive Producer whose credits include creation of the Billboard Music Awards, the Blockbuster Awards, America’s Party Live from Las Vegas, World Music Awards, NFL Jams, The International Day of Peace Concert & Global Peace awareness campaign, Super Bowl TV Specials, and the Global Harmony Concert Series which launched with Divas in Beijing – “the premiere cultural event of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games”. He has produced events seen by billions worldwide. To date Rick has managed to build an award winning team that has been involved in producing and directing some of the world’s largest entertainment events, such as Academy Awards (Oscars), Grammy Awards, Super Bowl, Olympics, Live Aid, MTV Awards, Live Earth, and more. Rick’s expertise in entertainment, multi-media development, sales, marketing and distribution allows ZZYX to go past script to screen production to provide total solutions and fully monetize media properties. He is renowned for creating highly original groundbreaking multi-media concepts, and implementing brand integration into TV shows and corporate media-driven sponsorship packages for world tours, aligning the music industry’s most prestigious acts with Fortune 500 companies.

 

EDWIN F. WINFIELD – President & Co-Chief Operations Officer

Edwin F. Winfield is co-founder of ZZYX Entertainment, LLC with his partner Rick Garson. Edwin is also CO-COO and President of ZZYX as well as President of a ZZYX affiliated company Stella Productions, a full service production and post company based in Las Vegas. As a film and television Producer and Director, Edwin has a broad array of award winning production experience including 30 Second commercials, network television specials, national programming, independent films and new media launch for digital networks. His personal experience in branded entertainment content has extended to overall philosophy of full service content, program development, distribution and monetization.

Edwin’s credits include producing Divas in Beijing, filmed during the Beijing Olympics, the NPL at Caesars Palace, the first High Definition Poker Series for national television, a Producer of America’s Party, Fox National New Years Special working for Rick Garson, Director, Ghost of Goldfield, co-developed and produced the Instore Broadcast Network’s national video network for Kroger Supermarkets, Producer of The Vegas Minute, Raiderettes Special, House of Cards, Discovery Channel’s Sin City Diaries for Gabriel Films and Producer of Vegas.com most recent national television campaign.
